Registered air mail letter posted on June 29, 1954 from Rangoon, Burma,
franked by meter stamps with images of chinthe, lion-like mythological guardians.
Letter was sent from The Chartered Bank of India, Australia and
China to the National City Bank of New York.
A handstamp shows that it was delivered at 1:30 p.m. on July 2, 1954.
